Step 3
Glue the vase on the stem.
Step 4
Trace your hand on a piece of construction paper. Cut it out.
Step 5
Using green construction paper, cut out two leaves.
Step 7

How To Make This Handprint Paper Craft Your Own
Just like all our crafts you can change things up and make this flower craft your own. You can do stuff like:
- Using footprints instead of handprints.
- Framing it to make it a keepsake.
- Instead of making paper handprint crafts, paint your hand and press it to make a flower. Painted hands may leave some places without paint, just fill it in with a brush.
- Make the kids’ handprints with decorative paper.
- Use your fingertip to make finger painted flowers.
- Add glitter to your adorable handprint flowers.
- Write the date on the handprint to make it a handprint keepsake.
- Use white cardstock or colorful cardstock.
- Use white papers or colorful paper as the background instead of black paper.
- Use your extra paint to paint the stem and leaves.
- Make it into a card for mothers day.
- Use a pipe cleaner instead of a popsicle stick.
- Make this so much more fun and turn it into a bouquet.
Our Experience With This Handprint Flower Craft
We love fun crafts and fun activities. And we had so much fun making our own flowers. We have lots of flowers blooming in our yard, but we wanted to make some for our house. And this is a cute way to do it.
It doesn’t need the sun to bloom and the petals never wilt! And you can remember how little your child’s hands were when they were younger. I won’t lie, these are definitely going into the craft book.
Hopefully your family has as much fun as mine making this handprint flower craft!
